The General Assembly Timing and Tracking manager is responsible for creating and tracking all pertinent documentation for General Assembly. This position requires interaction between all General Assembly groups; tooling, torque, conveyors, electrical and process. It also involves sharing and collecting information from all areas of ME and Fiat for best practices, standard solutions, lessons learned, and read across to all programs. This manager will be required to query process audits and manufacturing quality databases to help develop technical solutions and develop standard solutions for next programs with AME Process.As a leader of General Assembly, this position will be required to develop a launch book, plan and track scorecard development, start 3-D libraries and drive standards throughout the organization. The timing and tracking manager will be required to communicate with all levels of management. This position may require periods of travel.
